At TheHawaiiShop we want our customers to be happy with their purchase.
Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery. All defects and shipping damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Approval for return of damaged or defective material must be obtained from our customer service department.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers and beauty products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs will only be covered if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging or equivalent shipping material.
All returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you receive them and with all the original tags and packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds are credited back to the same method of payment less a 20% restocking fee.
